I will keep you posted and let you know when it will air (probably just here in Arizona).
The project I am showing today is just something I had laying around the house but I thought you might be able to take the idea and apply it to other items. It's a plain picture holder and they were pretty ugly. I just knew I could make them into something much cuter!
I used my trusty *Scrunched Flower* to dress it up a bit, as well as, some cute polka dot paper.
To make the scrunched flower, I used 4 scallop punches in Basic Black and 1 from black netting. Spritz the cardstock pieces with water and scrunch them into balls. Let them start to dry then open them up and either lay them out (if you want them flatter) or fold them up (if you want them to stand up more) and let them completely dry. For the picture holder, I needed to get them to go around the wire somehow. I decided to punch a hole in the middle then cut a slit from the edge to the punched hole. Then, just layer them starting with the netting, on top of the base and adjust until it looks the way you want. Then glue each layer into place and wha~la, you have a scrunched flower. To finish it off, I Sticky Stripped the designer paper on the base. Now I can use it to hold pictures or stamped cards.
