I'm seeing stars

This is something I made last year when all of the supplies were available from Stampin' Up!  I wanted to share it just in case you happen to have the Star Punch and striped grosgrain ribbon, then you can make this sparkler, too.  If you don't, you can still use the idea with a different punch (think flowers) and ribbon.
