Pink Paint Chip Card

First off, I wanted to share this beautiful card I got from my friend Michelle.  I love getting handmade cards and this one definitely brightened my day.  Thanks!

The following card is so quick and easy, it took more time to figure out what colors I wanted to use!  I saw a similar card on Pinterest and followed it back to it's owner.  If you'd like to see where I got my inspiration, click HERE

I love the simplicity of this card so I decided this is one of the cards we will be making in my upcoming Stamp-A-Stack class this Sunday.  If you are in the Surprise/Phoenix area and would like to attend this class, just give me a hall-er!

Added 7/12/12: Here are the measurements for the paint chip card

*Whisper White ~ 1 piece 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" folded in half will be the card base and 1 piece 3 3/4" x 5" glue *paint chips* to piece with spaces in between each to look like paint chip
*Very Vanilla, Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo ~ 3 5/8" x 1 1/8" will need 1 piece of each color to create paint chip look then scraps of each to punch butterfly

Let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks for stopping by!

  2. This is a beautiful card! I was looking for some Stamp-a-Stack ideas and came across yours on Splitcoast. Very pretty! I think I'm with you, the hardest part will be deciding on the colors. You did a great job choosing.
