Designer Ornament

I wanted to share one of the projects we made at Fall Fest.  This is a very easy and versatile project that you can make for any Holiday or Occasion.

So easy!  First, you'll need a glass ornament (Michaels, Joanns), Designer Series Paper and ribbon.

Remove the metal top from the ornament, cut 1/2" x 6" strips of paper, roll them around a thin pencil, small enough to put thru the top of the ornament, keep adding these rolls of paper until it's full.  The paper rolls may unroll slightly over time and fill in the ornament more.  Then, put the metal top back on the ornament, add a ribbon to hang, and hot glue a bow to the glass ornament.  You can add a tag with a sentiment or a person's name.

I used product from Stampin' Up!'s Holiday Catalog HERE :  Festival of Prints Designer Series Paper Stack and 7/8" Cotton Ribbon both on page 20.

Great project for kids, too! Have fun!
